THERE IS NO ENERGY OR MASS, ONLY INFORMATION
Take a piece of wood in the forest and use it to crack nuts,
you just got lot more energy out of that piece of wood by adding information to
the process; Now, take that same piece of wood and make it burn, you got even
more energy out of it, you can make nuts soup; Now take a similar piece of wood
and throw it inside a nuclear reactor, you shall get an amount of energy
probably around the E=MC2 equation.
Is always the same mass, what changes is the information
used on the process, and as information is infinite we can imagine that an
exponentially better nuclear reactor will be able to get much more energy out
of a given mass.
CHANGE ALL THE WAY TO THE BEGINNING.
With information as source of energy, I think that we will
first make machines that provide us with the things we need; then we will live
inside one of those machines that will take information from the outside
environment and use it to keep the inside of the machine comfortable for us;
but at the end we will change ourselves into something like balls of energy
that can take information from the universe to keep our own existence. Are you
ready for multi universe tourism?
PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS
With information, rather than mass as source of energy,
the universe becomes a smaller but well illuminated village.
